Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations & Bookings

All room reservations made through our website or direct channels are subject to availability and acceptance by Riad Las Palmeras. A valid credit card or deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your stay.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:30 PM onwards. Check-out time is strictly by 12:00 PM on the date of departure. Late check-out requests must be pre-arranged with management and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled in accordance with our stated cancellation window (typically 48 hours prior to arrival). Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation.

4. Hotel Rules

Riad Las Palmeras is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted inside guest rooms, though well-behaved pets are welcome on the outdoor patio restaurant.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
